Thank you for choosing ZeroBuffer. By purchasing or subscribing to our CDN services, video SDKs, analytics, image optimization, storage, or related services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Refunds
Unused account balance is refundable. If you have topped up your account and not spent the balance, open a support ticket and we will refund the unused amount to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no time limit on the request while your account is open.
Charges for service you have already consumed — delivered bandwidth, storage, encoding, and any other metered usage — are not refundable, since the cost of providing them has already been incurred. Where we fail to meet the uptime commitment in our Service Level Agreement, the service credits described there apply to that usage instead.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time — there is no contract or minimum term. Cancellation prevents future billing, and any unused balance remaining on your account is refunded on request. Usage already delivered in the current billing period remains payable.
