Do I need a plan or a contract?
No. There are no plans, seat limits, or minimums. You pay each month for what your viewers watched and what you stored, and you can stop at any time.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create an account and upload your first video without a card.
What counts as an hour watched?
We bill by the amount of video delivered to your viewers, at $0.0049 per GB. An hour of Full HD is about 2.25 GB, so 1,000 hours cost about $11.03 (roughly 1.1¢ an hour). Lighter versions sent to phones and slow connections cost less; 4K costs more.
Is the price really the same in every country?
Yes. A viewer in Mumbai, São Paulo, or New York costs you exactly the same.
Are there per-view or per-upload fees?
No. Uploading and getting videos ready are free, and there's no charge per view, per video, or per request.
What if my audience is very large?
The rate drops automatically as your monthly volume grows. Above 1 PB a month, contact sales and we'll agree a rate for your catalogue.
