Acceptable Use Policy
ZeroBuffer is committed to delivering exceptional service quality to all our customers. To maintain optimal performance and reliability for everyone, we have established these guidelines that govern the acceptable use of our services.
General Agreement
Our Content Delivery Network and all associated services must be used exclusively for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from transmitting, distributing, or storing any material that violates applicable laws or regulations. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:
- •Material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization
- •Obscene, defamatory, or threatening material
- •Material that violates export control laws or other regulatory requirements
Abuse of Our Service
Any activity designed to abuse, exploit, or degrade our services, or that negatively impacts service quality for other users, will result in immediate account termination without refund. If you encounter or suspect illegal activity or security issues, please report them to hello@zerobuffer.io.
Note: ZeroBuffer offers image and video optimization services to help reduce bandwidth consumption. Automated or excessive use of these optimization features solely for file processing purposes, without legitimate content delivery needs, is prohibited as it degrades service quality for other customers.
Copyright Infringement & Illegal Content
ZeroBuffer does not actively monitor files stored on our network or servers. All content distributed through your account is your sole responsibility as the customer. We are not liable for the actions of our customers or their end users when they are found to be distributing protected or illegal content. In cases where authorities contact us regarding illegal activity, we will fully cooperate with any investigations they conduct against customers who have violated the law.
Live Streaming
Using ZeroBuffer's services for live video streaming of events is not permitted without obtaining written approval from us in advance. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in live streaming without prior authorization.
Adult Content
ZeroBuffer permits the use of our services for providers of adult content, provided that such content is legal under applicable laws and complies with all other Terms of Service at all times.
Illegal Use
Examples of prohibited illegal use include, but are not limited to:
- •Sites distributing spyware, adware, or malware
- •Spam, phishing, or scam operations
- •Illegal, racist, or hate speech content
- •Child pornography or any other unlawful material
- •Any other material that violates social norms or legal standards
We take violations of our Acceptable Use Policy very seriously. If we discover inappropriate material or activity, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account without refund, with the severity of the action depending on the nature and extent of the violation.
